추수때는 세상 끝이요
추숫군은 천사들이니

민수기 27장의 경우를 보라.
여기 요셉의 딸들이 있다.

🐑그들은 아버지를 여의었다. 자연적인 육의 관점에서 볼 때는 도울자없고 쓸쓸(비참)하다.
🐏그들을 하나님의 백성의 적절한 유업과 관계시켜 주었던 명백한 끈을 죽음이 끊어 놓았다.

그럼 어떻게 해야 하나?

➖그들의 아버지가 죽었다고 해서 포기해야 하는가?
➖팔짱을 끼고 무관심하게 앉아 있어야 하는가?
➖하나님의 이스라엘과 더불어 하나의 지위와 유업을 가지든 가지지 못하든 아무런 상관을 하지 말아야 하는가?

전혀 그렇지 않다.

♥️이 여인들은 이상의 질문과는 전혀 다른 어떤 사실을 제시했다.

Look at the case now before us in our chapter. Here were those daughters of Joseph — for such we must call them — bereaved of their father — helpless and desolate, as viewed from nature’s standpoint.

Death had snapped the apparent link which connected them with the proper inheritance of God’s people.

What then?
Were they content to give up?
— to fold their arms, in cold indifference?
Was it nothing to them whether or not they were to have a place and a portion with the Israel of God?

Ah! no, reader; these illustrious women exhibit something totally different from all this
